Audit of employee documentation

In order to detect potential irregularities in keeping personal records and limit the risk of liability of the Management Board members, we verify the employee documentations for their completeness and compliance with the law and internal regulations.

The subject of the audit shall be in particular:

  • employment agreement
  • certificate of employment
  • issues related to working time
  • validity of medical examinations
  • work and remuneration regulations applicable to the Client.

The result of the audit is a final report containing a list of irregularities and recommendations for their correction, and at the Client’s request also the correction, updating and completion of HR documentation as required by law.
