Halina Jaroń

President of the Management Board

Master of laws. A graduate of post-graduate law studies at the University of Warsaw and post-graduate managerial and financial studies at the Warsaw School of Economics College of World Economy.

She has years of experience in managing a team of HR and payroll employees, gained initially at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and then at TMF Poland and at HR Partner.

She has implemented HR and payroll services for about 100 clients, including large companies with a dispersed organisational structure. She participated in restructuring projects in HR areas.

Many clients have trusted her, entrusting access to bank accounts and execution of transfers to their employees. She has vast experience in handling controls from ZUS PIP. She participated in many professional trainings on labour law and payroll calculation.

Grzegorz Mazurek

Sales Director

Graduate of the Faculty of Production Economics, Warsaw School of Planning and Statistics (currently Warsaw School of Economics).

For many years he worked in managerial positions in companies and corporations with Italian, German, Japanese, Belgian and Polish capital. He participated, among other things, in introducing Benetton company to the Polish market.

He has experience in various industry sectors: clothing, photography, construction and civil-engineering, chemicals, financial services and outsourcing. Sales and finance are his two passions. Due to his rich experience in sales, as well as in the area of finance and accounting, he is able to talk to Clients about the benefits of outsourcing of accounting, HR and payroll in the company in a practical, factual way, based on reliable calculations.
